Lorri is another new addition to the Home River Group team but is not new to the other ladies as she worked along side them for the last 5 years. With 21 years Property Management experience Lorri is a leasing and sales phenom and attacks any challenge in front of her. Her extraordinary ability to close a sale will prove valuable as the Kansas City office continues to grow.

Nathan graduated with honors from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas with a degree in Economics and Business and has been working in the property management industry since 2013. He has experience at each level of our operation, previously working as a Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Regional Manager. He is constantly working to make sure his team is providing our clients and residents with the highest quality of customer service and expertise within the rental home market. Nathan lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, Lauren, and two young children.

Brad started with Home River Group in August 2020 as his first step in to the Real Estate profession. He is responsible for the day to day management of phones and customer service. Brad is amazing working with people and enjoys the challenges of property management.

Kelly has been working in all aspects of property management, since 2011, starting as a receptionist and working her way up, gaining knowledge and experience, daily. She gained her CAM Designation (certified apartment manager) in December of 2018 through the AAKC-The Apartment Association of Kansas City. Kelly excels in resident retention and rent collection. She builds fantastic relationships and her communication is top notch.

Gina is a new addition to the Home River Group team but has worked with Jenny Shipman for the last 11 years. Gina has over 25 years in Property Management, focused on multi-family portfolios. Gina specializes in leasing and revenue growth.

Mindy joined the Home River team in October 2019 and has made an immediate impact. Her daily responsibilities cross over the management of a large portfolio as well as schedule and coordinate the maintenance technicians. Mindy uses her expertise in Project Management to ensure the smooth transition of a property on-boarding to scheduling to final product.

Anthon grew up in Los Angeles, California, and also lived in Salt Lake City, Utah, for 4 years before moving to Kansas City, Missouri. He has a bachelors degree in Business Management with a minor in HR and Logistics from Missouri Southern State University. Anthon also played 4 years of college football which means he is a team player. He loves helping others and spending time with family. He is the youngest of 8 kids and has a 4 year old daughter.
